To ensure best quality, young coconuts of 5-7 months old are picked and harvested. Coconuts which passed the quality control are washed. Then they are rested and soaked in a bleach solution to reduce or even eliminate microorganisms on the nut’s surface. Coconut water is then collected from the inside of the nut. The collected water is transferred to a sanitized container that will be temporarily stored in a freezer with a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. After 3-4 hours of freezing, the water is set to packaging — bottling, sealing, and labeling.
