  • Ginger
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Water
  • Frozen mixed vegetables
  • Tofu

  • Lemongrass
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Turmeric
  • Vegetable oil
  • Chicken legs, thighs, and wings
  • Salt, sugar, and pepper
  • Water
  • Greenville Agro Coconut Milk

Now, let’s prep the ingredients.

  • Bruise the lemongrass stalks by hitting them. This method will bring out the stalks juices. Then tie them in a loose knot.
